Coinstar has released their 3rd annual coin poll, once again delving into Britain’s weird and wonderful attitude to coins.
Following an historic cash-in June 22, 2005 in Flomaton, Alabama, Coinstar is on the look out for the UK’s greatest coin hoarder. Over £400 million is lost in homes across the UK and Coinstar wants to find the UK equivalent to Edmond Knowles who cashed in 1,308,459 pennies (or $13,084.59) at his local Coinstar machine.
