A veteran of the United Kingdom's supermarket industry, Alex joined Coinstar in September 1999 as general manager of our international subsidiary, Coinstar Limited, in the United Kingdom. He was promoted to vice president of UK operations in March 2002, to Vice President of International in April 2004 and to his current position in October 2005. Alex has broad retail experience in the U.K, the United States, South Africa and Europe, including 18 years at J Sainsbury plc, one of the U.K.'s premier supermarket chains, where he held a variety of positions involved in the management and strategic development of their retail operations.
Chris joined Coinstar in May 2004 as Sales & Marketing Director following a number of years in senior sales positions, most recently developing new business sales in the prepaid transaction-processing sector. Chris is responsible for the sales strategy and managing the sales process for Coinstar's range of product's and services, which includes identifying and implementing new products and revenue opportunities. Chris is a member of the UK leadership team.
Nick joined Coinstar in March 2001 following over 10 years in a variety of senior operations roles across the retail and technology industries. Nick was appointed Operations Director for Coinstar UK in 2005 and is responsible for the day to day operations of Coinstar's UK business. Nick is also involved in Coinstar International's country development advising and working on Coinstar's future operations in other countries.

Coinstar uses technology to deliver time and money saving services to consumers in their local supermarkets. Coinstar's network of around 800 coin counting machines is available across the UK. In addition, Coinstar has in excess of 250 self service mobile phone Top-up and machines in the UK.
